MoU Signing with Anhua Haotong Energy for KLIP Expansion

We started the new year on a high note when we signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Anhua Haotong Energy (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd on 3 January 2023.

The MOU is for Anhua Hoatong Energy to invest in the development, construction, and operations of the tank farm storage, ship repair yard and fabrication yard in the KLIP Expansion Project.
Anhua Haotong was represented by its Chairman, Mr. Yuan Jiadong while KLIP Group of Companies was represented by our Executive Chairman Tan Sri Datuk Seri Dr. Noormustafa Kamal bin Yahya.

LBSB, the master developer for the expansion of KLIP, is scheduled to start its reclamation work on our 620 acres island within the first quarter of 2023.
